Course & Kyu Grading July 2009

Colchester JKA Karate Club’s Kyu Grading took place on 6th July Sensei Adel Ismail (JKA 5th Dan) took an advanced and a general class of over 60 members through their paces, concentrating on sparring techniques and kata.
