Course & Kyu Grading November 2008

Colchester JKA Karate Club’s Kyu Grading took place on 20th November Sensei Adel Ismail (JKA 5th Dan) took an advanced and a general class of over 50 members through their paces, concentrating on basic techniques and kata including Jion.
