It was Colchester JKA Karate Club’s third Kyu Grading which was held on 16th June. Sensei Adel Ismail (JKA 5th Dan) took an advanced and a general class of 40 plus members through their paces, concentrating on basic techniques, kumite and kata including Kanku-Dai. (more…)
